There are folk arts and games handed down from generation to generation attractive and impressive to watch in Batam as Malayan Heritages, such as : Kompang, Rebana, Zapin Dance, Joget, Lukah Gila, Joget Dangkung, Jogi Dance, Gyro Bowl, Congkak Jong, Mak Yong Sampan Kolek Theatre, Traditional Sonnets, Poetry, Gurindam reading and so on. All those artistic and impressive attractions will give a distinctive color in the efforts to develop as well as the Temptation of the tourism itself.
